THE SIMPLE LIFES OF REAL BILLIONAIRES: SIR. RICHARD BRANSON

Sir Richard Branson was left in charge of his baby grandchildren on Friday, and it's no surprise that the billionaire wanted to treat them.
The Virgin founder was spotted in Notting Hill pushing a double pram carrying the twin babies of his daughter Holly Branson.
He stopped by the Petit Bateau store to put his well-earned money to good use and buy some things for his first pair of grandchildren.

EXPANSION OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP ON YOUTH EMPLOYMENT WITH UK DFID'S NSRP AND FEPAR

A team from the Federal Public Administration Reform Programme Nigeria (FEPAR), the Nigerian Stability and Reconciliation Programme and Ambassador Josephine Washima (SA job creation)

The office of the Special Assistant to the President on Job Creation is supported by the UK DFID through their above mentioned programmes funded by Dfid. A Technical Working Group (TWG) made up of relevant job creation MDAs has been constituted. The 1st TWG meeting was held on 28th September 2014 at the Transcorp Hotel Abuja. This group will provide technical support to the PJB and introduce more effective M&E tools for job creation and submit their report to the PJB.

On 19th January 2015 the OSAPJC/NSRP organised a conflict sensitivity seminar in Kaduna State where all members of the TWG were represented and trained in understanding the importance of conflict analysis especially in an election year. The group was educated on the difference between positive conflict and negative conflict.

Unequal distribution of wealth and lack of transparency in the implementation of youth employment schemes was identified as a key contribution to violent conflicts in Nigeria and solutions proffered.

The above tripartite meeting held yesterday 20th February 2015 at the OSAPJC.

The presidential jobs board held its second meeting on 18th February 2015 at the State House Aso-Villa Abuja, where discussions were focused on the most effective ways of meeting the boards target of creating at least 2million jobs consistently and proper monitoring of job creation initiatives either to create synergy or improve their performance.
The Draft Nigerian jobs bill was presented and adopted to institutionalize President Goodluck Jonathan's job creation policies. The President will be presenting the bill to the National assembly asap to establish and legalize job creation programs for sustainability.

The Presidency approved the National Job Centers and the Nigerian Job Exchange (www.nje.gov.ng) as structures that will help provide the much needed workforce database for more coordinated recruitment, the provision of requisite skills training for job seekers and employers alike in Nigeria.

Employment tax incentives where also introduced. President Goodluck Jonathan introduced this incentives in 2010 to encourage hiring of Nigerians and it was shocking to know that most employers are not aware of the existence of such incentives.

Employers are however expected to hire from the Nigerian Jobs Exchange Aka NJE or the National Job Centers to qualify for accessing the incentives. What this also means that all those registered on the NJE are trackable and a background check carried out on them to ensure their authenticity and credibility.

50% of government CAP EX will be tied to ratio of jobs created.

The National Job Centers and Exchange will be unveiled 2nd week in March 2015 by HE President Goodluck Jonathan himself.

General knowledge

We are done talking, now we are moving to practical youth empowerment initiative that are verifiable. It is important to know who's doing the job and who's imagining that he/she is doing the
job when in reality, he's only watching others make things happen. Never belong to the later. God rewards hardwork.
